Naji Al Ali

Naji AlAli (1999), named after the political cartoonist, creates artwork that perceives the world as how it could be - not as it is. AlAli is a Palestinian multidisciplinary self-taught artist where his work resides in painting, illustration, animation, sculpting, and film-making. He utilises this multidisciplinary approach to build vast depth and dimension to the LMNBCK world through different mediums and visuals.

LMNBCK is an abstract reflection of the world. AlAli attempts to spread a message that indirectly tackles socio-political issues in each body of work, using symbolism and representations he gathered from his upbringing. Similar to making lemonade, Naji takes the bitterness from the world to create a sweeter reality in his pieces.
